Overly drawn out waste of time. Had about 5 interviews in total over a month and a half along with a "code review". Have interviewed and been hired for much higher ranked and paying roles previously and just met with 1 or 2 significant people. For the final interview I could tell they were just going through the motions as they did not have questions lined up and seemed generally unfamiliar with my resume and background. I'm pretty certain they either already had someone selected prior to interviewing me, wanted free consulting and coding advice, canceled the role, or promoted an internal candidate. Beware, these people have nothing but time on there hands with CMS flipping their bill. Interview process highly confusing as I never had a clue who the actual hiring manager was and was never provided and info regarding who I was meeting with.
