Short interview with the center director about why I want to work at Mathnasium, what my career goals are, and what my teaching/tutoring experience is. Then a math test which went up through algebra one. 80% or higher was required to pass the exam. I was asked what my salary requirements are but director did not negotiate; Received an offer right then and there but with their desired pay rate.

Easy middle school to high school level math questions. Gave you an hour for questions that took less than 30 minutes in total. Graded lightly as well so very hard to do bad on.

very easy interview, asked about experience and availability. The interview is also super quick and they try to know what level of math you know up to. Also need to take an employment test that has questions from elementary to beginning of high school. Need to pass this test in order to be employed.
