Then, you are placed on the floor with real students and fellow instructors to see how you interact with both your co-workers and with the students. Easy middle school to high school level math questions. Gave you an hour for questions that took less than 30 minutes in total. Graded lightly as well so very hard to do bad on.

very easy interview, asked about experience and availability. The interview is also super quick and they try to know what level of math you know up to. Also need to take an employment test that has questions from elementary to beginning of high school. Need to pass this test in order to be employed.
