Very simple, 2 rounds of interviews. First is online screening over Zoom, then an in-person interview. Goes over routine interview questions like strengths and weaknesses, and how you'll adapt to working with youth and parents. Asked for comfortability in working in sales as well

Interview
It was about a 30 minute phone interview with two of the Managers. They asked a few questions about my experience, what drew me to apply, and how I work best (team or individual work) in order to see how I would fit into the company. Very pleasant but effective process in a timely manner.
