I had a bizarre in person interview with HR and the current EA. HR was professional and helpful but I felt they were trying to terrify me about the role. Interviewing is a skill and I felt HR should have aligned with all interviewers on language, presentation, and questions asked beforehand. It took me aback how off the rails the interview went. With that said, I suppose the brutal honesty was refreshing. But it scared me away from this agency forever. I chose not to come back in.
