Interview
I wasn't in new york at the time so they were very kind to schedule a google hangouts call with me. I logged on and the person that interviewed me started by introducing herself and telling me about the company and the role. This helped me settle in and get ready for the questions she was going to ask me. It felt more like a conversation, a very informal conversation where we got to know each other and I felt very comfortable and despite it being a virtual interview I loved the vibe and environment of the company.

Interview
First round was with someone from HR. Pleasant and short conversation about how I learned about MATTE, why I wanted to intern at MATTE, my availability, etc. Second and final round was with someone from my department where I talked about my projects. Overall, everyone was very friendly! Whole process took about three weeks.
