Their HR hiring manager did not show up to the first video interview. I emailed them to confirm I was on their Google meet link. She eventually emailed me back end of day blaming their ATS system. We rescheduled & she then proceeded to tell me she only had 15 minutes versus the 30 mins we had to interview. It felt very unprofessional & hopefully did not represent the culture of MATTE projects. Overall, the interviewer was not super present during our meeting, did not smile & she barely looked me in the eye.
