The process started off like a normal interview; I first met with the recruiter who discussed my background with me, and then a senior member of the team who went into more depth. Afterwards, I sent follow-up notes and thank you notes, both went unanswered, but most people do that. Then a few days pass and I follow up to see if there are any next steps, no answer...but recruiters are known for that so again I'm not shocked. Then, I receive an email asking for my availability since they would like to proceed with me! I found this odd since they continued to ignore me, and now it's been two weeks of radio silence. I have followed up twice after submitting my availability with no communication from them at all. If it was sent as a mistake, totally get it, but at least own up to it? I was hesitant to go back to an agency, heard good things about them, but ultimately think I'm dodging a bullet. This process makes me think they're another run of the mill agency lacking professionalism in the workspace.
