I went through a thorough and fast-paced interview process with Mattel that spanned multiple rounds. I was responsive throughout, completing every stage promptly, preparing all requested materials, and showing up fully engaged at each step. The process itself was well-structured and the interviewers were professional. However, after reaching the final interview round, communication went completely silent. No feedback, no update, and no acknowledgment of the time and effort invested. Weeks later, I received a note stating the position would not be opened yet the role was subsequently filled by another candidate.
