I applied to an add the Design Manager Posted. About three weeks later I got an e-mail saying they would like me to come in for a 1 on 1 interview with a selection of Design Managers and a few designers. A week later they called for more information for a background check. I got the job.
Interviewers were very professional and helpful in getting an idea of day-to-day duties. Gave me a tour and showed me the department where I would work. Show me the machines that I would use.

I just went to the first interview. They called me on the phone it was pretty fast, not too many questions, they where really polite. everything was pretty easy and fast
