I had two phone interviews and two onsite half day interviews spanning 8 weeks. I felt like I was the primary candidate but it went downhill after that. The disappoint was they never got back to me. Zero communication. I tried for weeks with no status updates. I tried HR, the hiring manager, etc and nothing.

It was smooth and nice until the final round of interview. They asked about my availabilities and then just ghosted me for over a month. Ignored couple of my emails. And then I got a rejection email recently.
