Overall the interview process took quite a while (over 2 months since applying). Waste of time and the communication was dreadful. I went through two rounds of online / video call interviews - the second round was a presentation, I had to complete a task in advance. I did not hear back within the advised timeframe but when they finally contacted me, I was told by Mattel HR that they were going through internal approvals, that they were seriously considering making an offer and that I would hear back within a week. I never heard from them again after that and I saw the roles are being advertised again.
