Easy interview with HR and then hiring manager & peer. Hiring Manager had a case study that was not the clearest explanation and also had technical difficulties during it. Interviews went really well - it’s been almost two months and the HR manager said they are still in the first round and will let me know next steps? Communication has really slacked off even after following up multiple times and doesn’t give the best impression of the company. Really disappointed because the beginning of the cycle was clear and easy. If there is a hiring freeze in place please let the candidates know.
