Submitted my resume, was contacted 1 day after and a screening call was made. It lasted 20 minutes and about 1-2 days after a 1 hour call was made with HR to ask you about your resume and tell you about the company. They make a "blank resume" (with no photo, gender, age or school written in it) that they pass on to the next person that interviews you. Next call was made with the manager and someone with HR, where they seemed a little uninterested on the whole process and asked very basic questions on resume and "why should you be hired?" Type of questions. Got an email a day after telling me I was not chosen.
