First step was a phone screen. I talked with a developer who asked me questions involving current issues he was facing in their 3D application. At times it felt like the developer was asking questions to get ideas on how to solve their problems instead of actually trying to find another developer to add to the team. .

They asked me to come up with a way to navigate through their 3D virtual world using 3D space and vector points without walking through walls and knowing that the points could be moving during the simulation. My interviewer didn't explain the question too well.
