They are thorough and you'll meet with a lot of people before making an offer. You can tell they care a lot about who will be joining them and if they will be successful. They move fast - maybe two or three or four interviews in a single week, but I was slated for my 9th interview without an offer when I decided to withdraw. I met with a wonderful recruiter, the hiring manager, multiple panel interviews with three people each, a live coding challenge in a language of my choice, an interview with the engineering manager and a developer, the product owner and the quality leader. Everyone was on-time, professional, kind, engaged, and gave me time to ask questions. I ultimately decided that my skills wouldn't be quite the right fit for the role, so I'm actually grateful for their thoroughness.
