Interview
After answering multiple online questions I received a phone call in which I was asked basic questions about me and why I want to work for Maurices. I then was asked to meet at Star Bucks for a face to face interview. I was interviewed by 2 Managers. It was a pleasant experience however I NEVER received a phone call or an email saying I did not get the position. I found it very unprofessional and rude not hearing anything back.
It was good, easy interview and nice people to be around it seems. Very well prepared and thoughtful throughout the interview process and through out the offer stages. Took job and enjoyed it
It was quick and easy. Had two interviews before getting the job offer. They got both interviews in right away. I was able to ask them questions too and it felt more like a conversation.
Had a conversation with District Manager before actual interview. This conversation was informal but genuine, I knew she was getting to know me. After that had one more interview with her and another district manager.
