Initially I was called to ask if i was still interested in the position, and asked to come in some time that day for an assesment-- a personality test really. There was very little personal interraction, or information other than that if they were still interested afterwards they would contact me.
Approx a week later I got another call out of the blue asking for a time to schedule the interview that day, and went in for that. This time the manager met me in person, and we sat down and had a lengthy conversation asking about my interests, previous work experience, and some questions like, "Describe a goal you've set for yourself recently and what you did to achieve that goal." They also wanted to know about goals that I hadnt reached, and why, or how i dealt with it, as well as past experiences with customers. Honestly all you really can do is try to be yourself, be polite and formal, and hope you dont have too many questions leaving you scratching your head for answers.
After the interview I was told that there would be a second interview as well, and I'm waiting to hear back now, about 7 days from my last interview.
Overall, good experience so far, but keep in mind they try very hard to look for people who want to make a career with them instead of just needing a job.
