Went through 3 interviews. Took 4 weeks to get hired. Everyone was really nice and made me fall in love with the company. Shortly after the DM who was the DM for 20 years was removed and the company seems to be trying new young DM's ever since.

Interview
Was very quick and questions were not difficult great for an entry level management job. Focused on basic leadership skills and customer service. You will have 2 interviews minimum starting with the general manager then the district manager.
Pretty simple. Brief conversation with store lead about past experience and current role expectations. Very laid back company and demands. Conversation did happen in person at the retail store itself in their back room.
Questions about deescalate situations, goals, experience, how to build teamwork etc. They also asked about role play situations regarding employees and leadership. Like how to handle a situation where an employee is not following standards or expectations
