Very professional but in a relaxed setting, be prepared to share your strengths and development opportunities, and how you have contributed to driving sales results and team development. All questions will be behavioral based.

Give me an example of how you coached an employee to drive stronger results? What was the outcome?
It was good, easy interview and nice people to be around it seems. Very well prepared and thoughtful throughout the interview process and through out the offer stages. Took job and enjoyed it
Had a conversation with District Manager before actual interview. This conversation was informal but genuine, I knew she was getting to know me. After that had one more interview with her and another district manager.

Why Maurices? Tell me about your most recent staff hire from your current job.
It was quick and easy. Had two interviews before getting the job offer. They got both interviews in right away. I was able to ask them questions too and it felt more like a conversation.
