Excellent interview process with highly skilled panelists, along with a good recruitment process with more transparency and quick onboarding to the team, and the project allocation was made based on two categories, one with the project requirement based on our skills, and the other based on our upskilling part, where we need to upskill ourselves as well as work on the same technology in real time.
