Conducted 1 round of technical interview and HR was very much responsive at starting,they gave me a hope like i am selected and infact they asked me to send all kinds of documents related to my previous companies pay slips,offer letter, releasing letter everything,after one week HR when i asked for an update she simply said your offer letter can not be approved as you are demanding more CTC. I have quoted my least expectation CTC on starting itself,they are simply wasting our time poor HR department.
