Interview was formal with 2 managers, it lasted for about 45 minutes and was quite thorough. Was told there and then that the position was offered. It was important that I came equipped with knowledge of the business and what they do. They were very friendly and helpful during the interview process, once I accepted the job offer I was able to start right away while I waited for my CRB check
