I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Maximus (McLean, VA)
Interview
Entirely behavioral questions both at my university and on-site. Very straightforward process, nearly every question was some derivation of questions listed on Glassdoor.
Second round was at their headquarters and was three different rounds of interviews. Questions were straightforward and you really learned more about what the position was during this round. Probably more enjoyable than the first round.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you took leadership over a group?
Went through 3 rounds of interviews which was surprising for an entry-level role. Each round of interviews were panel styled, which again was surprising for an entry level role. Everyone I spoke with was very nice.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Maximus (Charlotte, NC) in Mar 2025
Interview
Pretty chill: 3 interviews. First one behavioral, 2nd one a combination of behavioral and technical questions, 3rd one is chatting with the manager of the internship and learning more about the intern's tasks.
