Interview
The interview process included a 10 minute phone screen, followed by a 2-person video interview with the Director and Vp/Hiring manager.
The interview questions were behavioral and interpersonal skill centric. I thought the interview went well.
When I asked about the next steps, was told a decision would be made within a week. Unfortunately, it’s been three weeks and I was ghosted.
The interview process took over a month to complete. I filled out the application online, and about three weeks later, I was contacted by someone from Human Resources. We discussed the position and some of the high-level details. Then another two weeks passed before they reached out again to set up the first interview. The second interview was with three of directors from different programs that I would be working with, and the final interview was with the managing director of the Federal education program.
