Third-party recruiting company interview, then Maximus HR Director interviews, then two senior business director interviews took place, one was virtual and one was in-person. The in-person interview seemed to have taken place as if the first virtual interivew hadn't even occured.

Interview questions were not well-planned and all about how you are already doing the position and have commensurate responsibility (which is essentially CEO-level without CEO pay).

Multiple interviews with HR, hiring manager and team. Typical interview question - behavior focused. Process took 3 weeks from initial call to offer. More streamlined than other companies. Everyone was prepared and professional.
