Extremely poor. The interviewer contacted me for the role and told me that there will be 2 rounds of interview, I told him about my visa situation and he told me that he will get back to me for next steps taking into account my visa situation but then ghosted me and never replied back to any of my follow-ups. Worst interviewing process
