I applied online and got an interview call with recruiter. Second stage was with the hiring manager and third stage with a panel. Just basic electrical and mechanical engineering questions. Everybody was helpful except the recruiter. He used to respond weeks after I ask anything. My interview went well but later I was told they moved with an experienced one. Actually for this role, no experience is necessary. Besides, they compensation is probably lowest in the industry.
