I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Mayo Clinic in Nov 2020
Interview
Asked over the phone by HR, would I consider a different position if this one wasn’t offered. Interview was a panel of 3, did not seem interested, no eye contact, appeared rushed, did not ask behavioral or skill/scenario related questions, introduced themselves as went through CV. It was apparent the position was already offered to someone else, and mine was simply a formality to appear inclusive. A clear waste of my time, which I did not appreciate.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Mayo Clinic (Jacksonville, FL) in Jun 2015
Interview
I waited for almost an hour for the panel to arrive. They believed that my interview had been canceled because one of the panel members was on vacation. We had to "find" a place to conduct the interview.
