I applied online and received a phone call a week later asking me to schedule an interview. The interview was on skype with a nurse manager. The questions asked were mainly behavioral questions with a case study where you had to explain what patient you would see first and what you would do. I received a phone call 2 days later saying I got the job.

Wonderful process. Great feedback was provided throughout the interview process. Come prepared and dont forget that providing compassionate care goes a long way. Be descriptive in detail and ensure you are painting a picture for the individuals you are interviewing with.
