Panel of two managers in the department. Heard back a month or so after applying that I had received an interview. The first half hour of the interview was explaining the new department and what they offer. The next hour was scenario and situation based questions. At the end, the offered a chance to ask questions to them. It was a pretty relaxed interview environment, but the questions definitely required preparation beforehand.

The first round was with the headhunter who then provided my resume to the hiring manager.
Hence the first official was from the hiring manager.
Second was with a group of ppl from various departments x 7 pax
Last was with my team ,x 6 pax
Although the interview was very taxing, ppl were all really nice.
