Thorough and timely . Took about 2 weeks. Had two interview. First was for screening , second was w nurse manager . Got an offer the week after both interview was done .
After the application you are sent a link of the questions you need to record yourself doing. a week later i got an email to schedule a zoom interview which is about 15 mins long

First round of the interview you are asked simple questions and 2 recorded questions. you have 3 tries for each recording. questions where behavioral based. jsut received an email for the second round of interview which will be over zoom and 15mins
Hirevue was the first step and it was around 11 questions of basic information about areas of interest. A few more complex questions that required typing and videotaping of answers.
