The interview process was fairly simple in 2021. There was a phone interview with mostly screening questions and then a panel interview with three panelists. The interviewers asked about 6 behavioral interview questions. The process was pretty quick and lasted roughly an hour.

Interview was pretty straight forward. Asked about past work scenarios. Leadership skills, teamwork skills, and past work in healthcare. The questions were basic, I wish they had asked more about me as a whole vs past jobs.

Mutiple interviews with the head of the lab and the head of the phlebotomy department. Trading took way to long for the type of job that I needed up doing.
