Interview
Interview was 1-1 with unit manager. Very nice and asked normal questions. Was more of a discussion than an interview. Shared their perceptions about me at the end of the interview, what they liked and what I may think I will need extra support with. Heard back in a reasonable timeframe.
Got interviewed by the nurse manager.It took her 30 mins to do her presentation about Mayo clinic and department, and the next 30 mins was for the interview part. There was also a quiz during that half hour. It was done via zoom. I found
