The interview process involved a virtual assessment, which made it relatively smooth and convenient to attend. The overall experience was straightforward, and the platform was user-friendly. However, the major drawback was the response time—it took the company nearly 1.5 to 2 months to get back with a decision, which felt quite delayed. The interview itself was fairly standard, consisting of over 10 structured questions. While the process was not particularly challenging, it also wasn’t highly engaging. Overall, it was a decent experience, but the long wait time made it less ideal

Interview
I had an online interview with a panel of 5-6 people. Everyone introduced themselves and they explained the role. They had a slideshow of questions they said they asked everyone. After they asked me individual questions.

Interview
The process was really disorganized. The panel didn’t really know who should be talking and when. When I asked questions, they all didn’t really know who should answer. Makes a lot of awkward pauses and It felt like a very unnatural conversation. Also a lot of the questions were trick ones and worded in an odd way. It felt like instead of wanting to get to know me, they were purposely trying to trick me or make me fail the questions. I also find it a little tasteless that I got a generic auto generated email to let me know I was rejected. I appreciate when companies at least make it a little personal for people who put a lot of time into the interview. But that’s just my personal opinion.

Question 1
The questions they asked were all in riddles I don’t even remember lol
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Mayo Clinic (Rochester, MN) in Apr 2025
Interview
They asked mostly behavior based questions. Apparently I was supposed to have been sent the questions ahead of time but they overlooked that prior to my interview. One of the managers on the panel of interviewers was giving unfriendly looks but everyone else seemed kind. The unfriendly one was supposed to reach back out when they made a decision one way or the other but neglected to do so and when I followed up they had gone with an inside hire. This was disappointing as the interview lasted 1.5 hours and I didn’t even have time to ask questions I had prepared because I was going to be late for work. I felt like I respected their time but they neglected to do the same.
