Panel interview of 5-6 people including current dept staff, manager and possible head dept staff. Very competitive even when current employees have been with company 5-10 years and in good standing. Recorded interview for some departments as first time meeting.

What did you do to implement change in your previous job ?
Got interviewed by the nurse manager.It took her 30 mins to do her presentation about Mayo clinic and department, and the next 30 mins was for the interview part. There was also a quiz during that half hour. It was done via zoom. I found
Interview is via online, good pace, average questions not too difficult. You must log in online, you get 1 minute to think about your question And answer them as you see fit
Three interviews with the last one in person. Behavior based questions. The examples listed on here of the questions I found very accurate. I would definitely be prepared ahead of time.
