I had a one hour or more phone interview with the human resources worker. She spoke to me as a normal person and asked me a lot of different questions. It was not that organized. Her questions were all over the place and she jumped from one question to the next without even letting me answer.

I was called on the phone to set up a phone interview at a later date. The interview last around 30-45 minutes over the phone. Very straightforward, easy to follow, no tricky questions, just know the job description and be able to give great examples of giving excellent customer service and hard work ethic. I'd suggest asking good questions to learn more about the business.

Responded to an advertisement on Craigslist. I received an e-mail back from a Regional Manager within 10 minutes of sending my resume. Set up a phone screen for the next day. Had a face-to-face interview with him and then the Vice President a week later. Everything went fairly easily as I had experience with the brand already, albeit a different franchisee. They made me a job offer, and plans were made for me to enter training in a different city.
