Easy interview. standard interview questions and are interested in knowing if you have relevant work experience meaning anything in the food industry or any kind of customer service. That said not having relevant work experience will not keep you from getting hired. Several of my co-workers this is their first job.

All of the basic stuff like when was it time you had to resolve a conflict? What would you do for an unhappy guests describe the scenario.
Quick interview (15 minutes) with the General Manager and then also spoke with an assistant manager. The interview was fairly easy and they asked questions about past experience, comfort level with job related tasks, and hours of availability.
