Interview can be with 1 to 4 people asking various questions about the job, the company and your outlook of your future. I thought the process was ok and the questions cover a good range of your knowledge on the position you are applying for. Sometimes getting a response on acceptance of the job can take a few days after all interviews are done, other times maybe a couple weeks.
