I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at McCain Foods (Toronto, ON) in Mar 2023
Interview
Recruiter scheduled video call for screening. Video interview with hiring manager a few days later. Panel interview 1 week later with 4 team members including a case study that was sent 2 hours before the interview. Interview atmosphere was friendly.
I did not hear back for 2 weeks, and when I followed up I was told that they cannot meet my salary expectations. Salary expectations were shared during the screening interview, so wasting an applicants time with multiple hours of interviews and a case study is not cool - on top of not getting back to them in a timely manner.
