Human resources communication through out the process was poor. Initial screening was a month prior to any interviews and the remainder of the process was automated interview set up. Interviewed with 5 different individuals and was ghosted . Tried reaching out to human resources via text because she had texted me early in the process. No response.It's a shame because some of the leadership was very compelling but the overall process was a negative.

Very informal. The hiring manager was open to discuss background without doing the classic "tell me about yourself", but there is a huge emphasis on food service experience, so if you don't have it you had better have some related experience, because that is their deal breaker. Salary was not an issue. The phone screen took 15 minutes and the face to face interview took 2 hours, so you would think that moving to the next stage would have been a formality, but not so.
