I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at McDonald's (Parkwood, King, WA) in Jun 2025
Interview
Applied online, got an automated message a few days later to schedule an interview. The questions are pretty simple, just the regular "what experience do you have," "why do you want to work here," and "where do you see yourself in five years." I didn't get the job, but that's mostly because I am a 16 yo with zero experience, so I guess from that just make sure you're qualified or 18 if you don't have experience (job market's tough right now).
like a conversation, easy questions, just be friendly and conversational and im sure you will do well. It is also very quick just be prepared with the basic interview questions.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at McDonald's (Mississauga, ON) in May 2025
Interview
Two-stage interview, first with hiring manager, second with store manager. First interview was a series of questions (customer service related - how would you go about a difficult customer, etc). Once you get called for second interview, a few more questions but pretty easy overall.
