The interview process began with confirming my availability and preferred times to schedule the meeting. Once we connected, we went over my experience, motivations, and expectations for the role. They also asked several role-specific questions to understand my fit and wrapped up by explaining the next steps in the selection process.

They mainly asked about my availability and time preferences.
Was fine. They asked appropriate questions and allowed me to ask questions. It took about 15 minutes. The interviewer was nice, and they seemed interested not only in my experience but in me as a person.
I applied online and got a call for an interview a few hours later. The interview went swell, though I had much difficulty answering the questions, I was still given a gracious offer. I declined.
