What experience do you have working in a team environment?
was quite easy, just got asked some questions, wasnt too formal, got offered the job on the spot. awkward having to tell the people serving that i was here for interview, took a while to get started on the job though.
Questions were simple and based on your own personality. They want to know what you are like and if you can adapt to a fast paced environment. It is a two staged process and you may be required to do a trial shift.
A group interview setting. Very casual, and involved discussing things in a group. You partake in icebreakers, and some roleplay relevant to the workplace. They take note of who is speaking the most confidently and leading tasks.
