Structured, lots of questions regarding management and leadership. The interview was held in person at a local restaurant. Questions were professional and no major surprise. I felt treated with respect.
Ok, not a bad interview. Nice people. The culture of McDonald’s seems pretty interesting, but ultimately not my cup of tea. We talked at length about experience, the company image seemed to focus on their overall fame as Maccas and not much else when it comes to internal work styles.
