Interview process started with a 20-30 min phone interview where I was asked about previous employers, salaries and several other questions. I will say some of the questions such as previous salaries were questionable because why does that matter? Obviously I’m interested in being employed with you all not for the salary. And to be more honest I may have applied for this job 3-6 months ago and did not even remember applying.
