Very in depth process, multiple interviews and more difficult than most interviews. Mostly STAR questions were asked. Personality along with examples of specific skills were asked. Star questions were the majority of the questions asked but there were some question pertaining to the job itself.

Interview

They have you do a coordination test with colored blocked about 4 times. That is followed by an interview with 2 other people. It lasted around an hour and a half, then ended with a hair drug test.. She showed me a small patch that they use as a guide, but ended up cutting out about a 2 inch section. Which is cut all the way to the scalp.
