Received an email to schedule a phone interview, I scheduled it for the following Wednesday & recruiter never called me. I rescheduled & then emailed the recruiter advising that I rescheduled for the Friday. The phone interview was weird she never asked me to tell her about myself or normal phone screen questions, she had me asking her questions & she couldn’t answer the majority of them. Everything was “the hiring manager can answer better”. After the phone interview I was told I’d receive an update that following week. Two weeks went by & I never heard back & my status was still set to “Screen” I emailed the recruiter asking for an update on the Friday & was told they haven’t gotten back with a decision but she would get back to me when they let her know. That following Monday, I checked my status & saw I was no longer under consideration, with no word from the recruiter. Still never got to know more about the position.
