I had an initial phone screen with the recruiter which went fine. I was invited to a second video interview with members of the team. The questions asked were so abstract that it's like they wanted to make it difficult for you. Still, I followed up to say thank you to each of the interviewers, but not one of them had the respect or decency to even respond with a 'thank you.' A couple of weeks went by without a word, and knowing I don't want to be at a company that treats anyone the way they did, I decided to withdraw my application. Instead, I saw that I was 'no longer in consideration' when I went to the careers site. I never received even an automated response letting me know, much less an actual email from a person. I think it says a lot about their culture, and while I might have dodged a bullet, it's still upsetting any time a company treats candidates this way.
