The final round interview was rushed, as if it was a chore rather than an interview. I got the impression the interviewer had already made up their mind before starting the interview and treated the interview as a formality. This was in stark contrast to the previous interview, where the interviewer actually listened and engaged in a conversation.

I was contacted by McKesson’s virtual assistant to schedule an interview with a talent advisor on Teams. I prepared well for the interview, but when the scheduled time came, no one showed up.
